What is your return and refund policy?
We strive for complete satisfaction with every candle we craft at Fenix Provisions. We understand that experiencing the scent is a part of evaluating your satisfaction, so if you’re not entirely happy after lighting your candle, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We offer returns on lightly used candles (burned for less than three hours) for store credit. For unused candles, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Every Fenix candle is proudly hand-poured in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We're an AAPI-owned business that values local craftsmanship, ensuring each candle reflects the quality and care synonymous with our vibrant community.
What ingredients do you use in your candles?
Our commitment to sustainability and health guides our choice of materials. We use eco-friendly coconut apricot wax for a cleaner burn and phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure safety and purity. Our ingredients are carefully selected to minimize environmental impact while maximizing sensory delight.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Absolutely. At Fenix Provisions, we prioritize the planet. From our coconut apricot wax to our phthalate-free fragrances and recyclable double glass vessels, each decision is made with environmental consciousness in mind. We strive to offer candles that not only elevate spaces but also uphold our commitment to sustainability.
How should I care for my candle to ensure the best burn?
To maximize your candle's life and ensure safety, we recommend the following:
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface, especially on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep your candle away from drafts, children, and pets.
How soon will I receive my candle?
We strive to get your candles into your hands as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after they are received. The delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. We use UPS for shipping, offering various options to best suit your needs. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress to your doorstep. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary based on your location and the specific UPS service chosen.
Can I visit your studio or purchase your candles in person?
While our studio in Midtown Atlanta is not open to the public due to being based in the founder's apartment, you can arrange a local pick-up for free in Midtown Atlanta if you'd prefer. Message us using the contact form above if you have any questions regarding in-person purchases!
